Your Legal Rights and Options in This Action

Submit a Claim Form by May 2, 2025	The only way to get a payment in the Settlement. Claim Forms can be completed online, or a blank Claim Form is available for download on the Important Documents page.
Exclude Yourself by May 20, 2025	Get no payment pursuant to the Settlement. This is the only option that allows you to be a part of any other lawsuit against Defendants and their affiliates involving the claims released by the Settlement.
Object by May 20, 2025	Write a letter to the Court objecting to the Settlement. You must still file a claim if you want to receive payment from the Settlement.
Go to a Hearing on June 10, 2025	Ask to speak in Court about the Settlement.
Do Nothing	Get no payment from the Settlement. You will also give up your rights regarding all claims released by the Settlement and any other lawsuit as to the securities.
